LeadMate

Impact
"What’s really nice is how Gen AI meets managers in the moment. LeadMate is really thoughtful at culturing up. And it focuses on the tone, which means we're all in this together rather than the hierarchical. LeadMate've got manager improvement on the spot and then manager in reflection. There's improvement with the team and there is improvement with yourself. It's like all about growth."

User Interview
“I make a lot of decisions. That's like most of my job making sure people are moving in the right direction. That's my life that's what I get paid to do is make decisions under pressure.”
User Interview, T, Engineering leader at tech company
“I just misread like what the person was doing. I have too many meetings, I'm not paying attention, or it's just not clear.
How do I make sure that I'm choosing the best one to do so without alienating or making someone else upset.”
